Windows 8 user interface is a huge shift from previous versions of Windows. The new operating system was designed to have a coherent interface between tablets, desktops, laptops and phones, but the desktop / laptop version heavy criticism.
What do you think?

It should have read "the desktop and laptop versions has received heavy criticism". Sorry, but I couldn't figure out a way to edit it after it was submitted.
