Hillary Clinton hasn't even officially confirmed she'll be running for president come 2016... but her possible road to the White House is already getting rocky.

GOP strategist Karl Rove suggested last week that Hillary Clinton may have suffered brain damage when she fell back in December 2012 and was subsequently treated for a blood clot and had to stay in the hospital for a few days.
