A terrible story came out of Glendale, AZ, this past weekend. A 16-year-old girl was left home alone with a 43-year-old man and they apparently had sex together.

The mother of the 16-year-old girl left the girl and the man in the apartment together. While she was away, she recieved a frantic call from her teenage daughter.

She admitted to her mom that she, and 43-year-old Jason Ash, had consensual sex and that he died during a sex act involving strangulation.

Once police arrived on the scene, they found Ash's body with a cord wrapped around his neck and cuts all over his body.

The 16-year-old girl had fled the scene, but she was found a short time later. She admitted to cops that the man died while having sex, and she admitted to cutting him.

She is now being held on suspicion of second-degree murder. It'll be up to the Maricopa County Attorney's Office to determine if she should be tried as an adult.
